About

2024-2025 teams will include 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th graders
in East Boise/Timberline High School Boundary.

Our Team Philosophy:  Our focus will be on team, player, and character development.  Our players will have the opportunity to compete at a high level, grow their skills, and build community locally. All of this supports our goal to build strong and successful players who will eventually play for Timberline High School.

Coaches: Each team will have at least two volunteer coaches that will share duties. This ensures our teams will have plenty of support and manpower at all games and practices.

Roster: Teams will be selected through a try-out process. There may be one or more teams at each grade level based on skills. Number of teams per grade level and team size is not pre-determined. It will be based on player pool, player skill levels, and Timberline Coaching staff recommendations.

Playing Time:  All kids will play in tournaments, but playing time will not be even. Teams will all have the expectation of cooperation, respect, and listening to instruction for all of the players. Inability to comply with these aspects can and will affect playing time.

Cost: Costs will include shared tournament entry fees, jerseys, and potentially gym fees.  We may look at sponsorship opportunities if costs become an issue for any players.

Volunteers: It will take a village to make this program successful. We will be looking for volunteers to referee scrimmages, as well as team treasurers, team communications, and more! Interested in volunteering? Email us at jrwolvesbasketballclub@gmail.com.
